Frequently asked questions

How do I generate a batch of numbers?

Set the Quantity to the amount you want, choose your Min and Max, then tap Generate. You can also tap the big circle to generate.

What's the daily free limit?

Free users can generate a set number of values each day, which resets daily. You're only counted for the numbers you actually generate. Unlock unlimited generation with the in-app upgrade.

I upgraded but don't see premium features.

Open the app and use Restore Purchases (in the purchase screen). Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy. If it still doesn't appear, email us.

Can I keep numbers from repeating?

Yes — set "Allow repeating numbers" to No and each generated value in the batch will be unique.

Does voice mode work in my language?

Voice Mode supports English, English (UK), German, Spanish, French, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese, using your device's built-in speech.

Requesting a refund

In-app purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are managed through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
